Who this is for

Franchise kirana vendors or shoppers using KiranaRadar who want their account deleted, or want some of their data deleted.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from the address on your account, or include the mobile number you sign in with.
  2. Tell us your shop name or account details as they appear on KiranaRadar.
  3. Say whether you want the whole account or only some data deleted.

What happens

  • We verify the request using the email or mobile number on your account (we may contact you).
  • Within 30 days we delete your login, profile, shop listing, prices and related data.
  • Records we must keep by law, such as invoices for fees paid to KiranaRadar, are kept only as long as required and then deleted.
