Who we are

This policy covers the KiranaRadar website and related shopper, vendor and admin applications (together, "KiranaRadar"). KiranaRadar is run by Nitesh Setti. Franchise kirana shops publish prices; shoppers compare rates in their locality.

Data we collect

Vendor accounts: shop name, owner name, mobile, email, state, city, locality, catalog and daily prices.
Shopper information: name, contact details and locality when you use the app or website.
Usage data: searches, comparisons and enquiries needed to run the service.
Website enquiries: information you send through the contact form or email.

How we use data

To enroll franchise vendors, publish and compare prices by locality, operate multi-tenant accounts, and provide support.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not show third-party ads on vendor listings.

Sharing

Each vendor tenant's data is kept separate. We use service providers for hosting where needed. We disclose data if required by law.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections. Access is limited to the relevant vendor and authorised KiranaRadar administrators.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while an account is active. You can ask us to delete your account; see Delete your account. We act on verified requests within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent or raise a grievance, subject to law. Contact / Grievance Officer: Nitesh Setti, [email protected].

KiranaRadar is not directed to children.
