KiranaRadar

Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 October 2026.

Acceptance

By using KiranaRadar's website or apps you agree to these Terms. If you use KiranaRadar on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business.

The service

KiranaRadar helps shoppers compare published kirana prices in their locality and helps enrolled vendors publish rates. KiranaRadar does not sell groceries on its own account; purchases happen at the physical shop.

Vendor responsibilities

Franchise vendors must publish accurate prices and stock status, follow applicable laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and treat shopper data responsibly.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these Terms.

Plans and fees

Franchise plans are quoted per vendor in INR and agreed before paid features are enabled.

Intellectual property

KiranaRadar owns the platform software. Vendors own their shop data and branding and give us a licence to display them to run the service.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, KiranaRadar is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may end the service with notice. Vendors can ask for a copy of their records before their account is closed.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
